Four Ways to Work With NGDA
NGDA engages as an independent contractor (1099). Clients get senior architecture and hands-on engineering in one engagement, without the overhead of a full-time hire or a large firm.
Fixed-scope project
Defined deliverables, milestones, and acceptance criteria at an agreed price.
Time & materials
Hourly or daily rate for evolving scope, embedded alongside the client's team.
Retainer
Reserved monthly hours for ongoing support, optimization, and on-call troubleshooting.
Architecture review
Short, fixed-fee assessment of an AI, data, or DevOps system with a prioritized findings report.
